Supio

As Supio continues to grow alongside the personal injury firms we serve, we’re investing deeply in the leadership needed to scale with intention.

Today, we’re excited to welcome Kelli Dragovich as Chief People Officer and Niki Hall as Chief Market Officer. Together, they bring decades of experience building category-defining companies, leading through periods of rapid growth, and doing so with clarity, discipline, and respect for the people behind the work.

These hires reflect a simple belief we hold strongly at Supio: building transformative AI for legal work requires exceptional execution and an exceptional culture.

Building a Company Designed to Last

Kelli Dragovich joins Supio as Chief People Officer, bringing more than 25 years of HR leadership experience across global technology companies at every stage of growth.

Her background spans public companies like Google, Yahoo!, and Intuit, as well as high-growth private companies including GitHub, Looker, Hired, and Pendo. Most recently, Kelli served as interim Chief People Officer at Quizlet and continues to advise founders, executives, and investors on scaling organizations thoughtfully.

Kelli’s role at Supio centers on a critical question: How do you scale a company quickly without breaking the culture that made it successful in the first place?

For us, the answer starts with recognizing the weight of the work. Supio exists to help law firms advocate for people at their most vulnerable moments. That gravity shapes how we build teams, support each other, and make decisions.

Kelli shared:

“Supio has a strong sense of purpose and a clear mission. My goal is to help build our systems, leadership, and culture that allow all of us to do our best work—while preserving what makes us human, grounded, and values-driven as we grow.”

She will lead people operations, hiring, and organization development as Supio continues to expand.

Scaling Supio to Meet Market Demand with Precision and Trust

Niki Hall joins Supio as Chief Market Officer, leading brand, product marketing, and go-to-market strategy.

Niki has built and scaled marketing organizations at some of the most important growth inflection points in modern SaaS. At Contentsquare, she helped scale the company from $70M to more than $400M in annual recurring revenue and played a key role in establishing the Digital Experience Analytics category. Most recently as CMO at Five9, she helped grow the business to over $1B in ARR.

What stood out immediately wasn’t just Niki’s track record, but how closely her philosophy aligns with Supio’s.

Supio operates in a high-stakes environment. Our customers are attorneys handling some of the most complex and emotionally demanding work there is. Trust, accuracy, and results aren’t marketing messages; they’re requirements. Niki brings deep experience building brands and GTM engines that reflect real value, not hype.

As Niki puts it:

“Attorneys are measured by the value they deliver to their clients, and the adoption of tools like Supio accelerate success without compromising the important details and processes that come with legal case management. Supio exists to help legal teams act faster, with greater precision and confidence, so they can focus on outcomes that truly matter to their clients. This is AI built for moments where trust, accuracy, and time to value are non-negotiable.”

Her focus will be on bolstering the market by thoughtfully building Supio’s brand and value to law firms and the plaintiffs they serve. Working closely with leadership, she will help articulate how Supio’s AI delivers faster time-to-value across legal workflows, enabling firms to achieve better outcomes through greater precision and speed.

Why This Matters Now

Supio is seeing rapid adoption from personal injury, medical malpractice, and mass tort firms that want to move beyond generic AI tools and into ones that understand the specific workflows they face.

Our platform reads and structures complex case documents, builds medical chronologies, drafts demand letters, surfaces missing evidence, and supports litigation—always with source-linked accuracy that attorneys can trust in court.

As that demand grows, so does the responsibility to scale thoughtfully.

“Niki and Kelli bring exactly the leadership we need at this stage,” said Jerry Zhou, CEO & Co-Founder of Supio. “We’re building a category-defining company. That requires world-class go-to-market execution and a strong, intentional culture. These hires strengthen the foundation for Supio’s next phase of growth.”

We’re excited for what’s ahead, and even more excited about how we’ll build it.

Welcome, Niki and Kelli.
