Plaintiff's attorneys fight for people at the toughest moments of their lives, and we believe the firms that do it best deserve to be recognized for it.

The Green Gavel Awards are Supio's annual recognition program honoring the plaintiff firms leading the AI transformation of legal. Winners are selected across six categories: Evangelist, Impact, Innovation, Partnership, Marquee, and Vanguard. Awards are presented live at SupioSphere, Supio's annual customer conference.

This year, at SupioSphere 2026, we handed out the first-ever Green Gavel Awards. Here's a breakdown of who won.

The Evangelist Award

For the firm whose leadership doesn't just use AI—they champion it publicly, making the case to the profession that the future of plaintiff law is already here.

The Impact Award

For the firm with the most measurable results: settlement value increases, time-on-desk reduction, demand turnaround, or case velocity.

The Innovation Award

For the firm that has gone deepest across the full case lifecycle—broadest adoption, most creative integration, strongest cross-team usage.

The Partnership Award

For the firm that exemplifies what a true partnership looks like—deep collaboration, product feedback, internal advocacy, and commitment to growing alongside Supio.

The Marquee Award

For the firm whose brand stands apart—through bold storytelling and sharp positioning, they've built marketing that leads the industry rather than following it.

The Vanguard Award

The highest honor Supio bestows—for the firm whose story, results, and leadership define what's possible in plaintiff law.

The Vanguard Award has no rubric. It goes to the firms that, when you look at everything together—results, leadership, and commitment to clients—make the clearest case for what the future of plaintiff law is all about.

This year, it goes to two firms: Phillips Law Group and Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz.

Phillips Law Group has made AI structural. Managing Partner Nasser Abujbarah rates every incoming case on a scale from A++ to D, and anything above a C automatically goes into Supio. Attorneys use it live in mediation. They've built it into how cases get evaluated, staffed, and litigated from day one. The results are measurable: 17% higher settlement values, 26% faster closures.

Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz built their AI adoption the way you'd build a litigation strategy—with process, discipline, and no room for improvisation. Supio isn't an optional tool paralegals can use if they feel like it. It's a mandatory step in the case lifecycle, with standards governing how documents get uploaded, how medical chronologies get reviewed, and how the whole team interacts with AI through a firm-wide strategies.
