What Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?
We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our team and help deliver tailored solutions to our clients. The Solutions Consultant will be a client-facing role, responsible for understanding and addressing the specific needs of our clients, mainly in the legal sector. This individual will leverage Supio’s technology to create customized solutions that empower clients, facilitate seamless onboarding, and drive adoption of our platform. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, customer engagement, and a deep understanding of client challenges to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their unique challenges, goals, and requirements.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicate Supio’s value proposition clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate with clients to develop bespoke solutions and implementation timelines based on their specific needs.
- Provide ongoing client support, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to provide feedback on client needs and product enhancements.
- Contribute to the team’s overall goals by sharing insights, strategies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Background in law is preferred but not mandatory, especially in areas involving complex cases like medical malpractice and personal injury.
- Experience in a SaaS company is a plus, with an understanding of how to sell and demonstrate software-based solutions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively teach, explain, and SELL product features.
- Ability to engage with clients to identify and solve their specific challenges.
- Curiosity and coachability with a willingness to learn, adapt, and stay updated on product developments.
- Attention to detail in all client interactions and product demonstrations, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and processes is preferred to bridge the gap between technology and the legal industry.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work alongside team members and contribute to collective goals.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position in the selected region is $100,000 – $154,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
