What Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?
We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive lead acquisition, nurture prospects, and fuel the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, experience in AI, tech or SaaS environments, and a proven track record of driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, paid media (PPC, display ads), webinars, and events.

Lead Generation: Create and optimize lead generation programs to drive qualified leads into the sales funnel, including landing page creation, A/B testing, and lead scoring.

Marketing Automation: Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows to nurture leads through the buyer’s journey (Hubspot experience is ideal).

Content Development: Collaborate with PMM and CMM to develop engaging and relevant content, including white papers, case studies, eBooks, and blog posts, that align with demand generation goals.

Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and partner teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and target audiences.

Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within a high-growth AI, tech or SaaS company.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Creative Thinker: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
