Building a medical billing ledger is one of the most time-consuming and error-prone parts of a PI case. Supio’s new Instant Ledger removes that bottleneck.
With Instant Ledger, Supio automatically extracts billing line items directly from medical bills such as facility, date of service, descriptions, CPT codes, charges, and source citations and organizes them into a live, editable ledger in minutes. As new bills come in, the ledger updates, keeping case economics current without restarting the process.
Most importantly, you’re in control. Duplicate charges are automatically merged and also directly manageable so totals stay accurate. Facilities are normalized, but fully editable. Every value can be corrected inline. You can add or remove line items manually, merge or unmerge duplicates, and export the ledger to CSV when needed.
The result: paralegals spend less time on manual data entry, attorneys get an earlier and clearer view of economic damages, and teams can move faster while staying confident in the numbers that underpin the case.
