What's New
Instant Timelines deliver same-day Medical Chronologies that begin populating as soon as you add case documents. Events stream in real-time as Supio processes each file. Complex items get flagged for human verification, but everything else is ready to use immediately.
Your human-verified timeline still gets completed within several business days. Your instant timeline precedes it, so you get both speed and the trust that everything has been reviewed.
Once you add a new case in Supio and begin uploading documents, your Timeline will start to populate as each document is processed.
Within your timeline, each event links to the original source document. You can search, filter, and navigate by date to find what you need quickly, while our AI flags anything complex that needs human review such as bills, handwritten notes, or low-quality scans.
As soon as the human verified timeline becomes available, your instant timeline will remain available as a previous version.

Instant Timelines is available now for all customers, and works with your existing Supio setup. No new training, no workflow changes.
Instant Demands will enhance your existing Supio Demands by creating a draft demand letter after your snapshot timeline is complete. Every fact is sourced, every injury is coded, and the structure follows proven templates. The industry leading Supio Demands are available today and the new Instant Demands will be available later this year.
