What Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?

We are seeking a UX Designer to join our growing team and help shape the future of our AI-powered platform. You will play a pivotal role in designing user-friendly, innovative experiences that enhance the ability of law firms to navigate complex data. As a design team member, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and legal professionals to create solutions that empower firms to deliver better outcomes for their clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end design processes from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with product vision and business goals.

  • Design intuitive user experiences for our AI platform, optimizing how law firms engage with and extract value from personal injury and mass tort data.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to build innovative and practical solutions for our users.

  • Conduct user research and gather feedback from law firms to iterate and refine designs, ensuring we meet user needs at critical stages of case preparation.

  • Ensure consistent application of Supio’s design standards, maintaining high quality and cohesiveness across all platform features.

  • Advocate for a user-centered approach, balancing legal professionals’ needs and cutting-edge AI technology.

  • Stay ahead of design and legal technology trends, continuously bringing fresh ideas and insights to the product development process.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or interaction design.

  • Proven experience in leading product design initiatives from conception to execution and iteration.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing various design work, including UX/UI, interaction, and visual design.

  • Experience in conducting user research and leveraging data to inform design decisions.

  • Proficient with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

  • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with engineers and product managers.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience designing for AI-driven or data-heavy platforms.

  • Familiarity with legal technology or products in the legal industry.

  • Previous experience in fast-paced startup environments or building products from the ground up.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position in the selected region is $100,000 – $140,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
